Delivery & Shipping

We conveniently deliver your orders to your doorstep within Lebanon using a third-party courier service provider, simply enter your exact delivery information at checkout. To deliver your order quickly ,please  complete your delivery information as accurately as possible.

A delivery fee may be applied to your order depending upon the order bill, please refer to the below table.

 Our courier service provider will get in touch with you ahead of your delivery to confirm your availability. Please note that delivery times might vary depending upon holidays, potential lockdown restrictions and periods of high demand such as sales events.

 If you need to send an item back, simply register your return with us within 15 days of receiving your order.

Then, all that's left to do is organize your collection. As part of our policy, all returns in Lebanon are subjected to delivery charge. Please make sure to read the product policy below, before returning your items. Please note, delivery charges and COD additional charges are not refunded in case of return.

Returns that do not meet our requirements may not be accepted, so please be sure to send all items back in their original condition. with all packaging intact and labels/tags attached. If you have any queries, please do not hesitate to contact us. 

Product Condition Policy 

All items returned to Slash Fashion must be unworn and in new and unused condition. Those that do not meet our criteria will not be refunded and will be returned to the customer.
All outlet items are non-returnable.
Please ensure products are returned with all packaging in place in the condition that it was delivered in. We ask that you take care when trying on light colors or delicate fabrics to avoid damage that may result in a non-refund, furthermore evidence of wearing our clothing items outside of trying on the item will also result in a non-return. Please return any dust bags as these are part of the product. We ensure all products that leave our warehouse is in a perfect condition. If you receive a damaged product, please contact our Customer Service team immediately.
